Explore the most famous sights of ancient Greece on this day trip to magical Delphi. Departing from Athens we will travel to Delphi, enjoying a short stop in the picturesque town of Arachova.

In Delphi we will visit the famous theatre, where you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and an insight into ancient Greece. Visit the Temple of Apollo, the center of the ancient Greek world and famous for its oracle.

The Museum of Delphi is home to the unique bronze Charioteer, the Naxian Sphinx and the Statue of Antinoos, all providing an amazing insight into ancient Greek culture and history.

After you have had a chance to explore Delphi we will head back to Athens via the beautiful mountain village of Arachova, situated on the hills of the Parnassus Mountains.

Enjoy a short stop here, providing you with the chance to see the colorful hand-woven carpets and rugs. Sample some of the local cheese and wine, for which the town is famous.
